My name is Siavash, and I have over 10 years of experience in the construction and remodeling of homes. I will be the sole contractor for your projects.

When you hire Bytas, I will be the only point of contact for your project and I will be the sole contributor to the project. While other people hire third-party contractors, I only hire assistants to get the projects done. How is that different?

With one person as your sole point of communication, you can contact me at any time of the day or night and I will be there to answer your call. You won’t find this level of accountability with any other company.

REALISTIC BUDGETS

I set a realistic budget for every aspect of your renovation or construction. I will provide you with a clear process of how change of material and effort impacts the budget.
